Service Description

Cancellation Policy
In order to enjoy the best experience during your visit to Appalachian Laser Therapy, please observe the following recommendations. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for relaxation and change out prior to your service. Cancellations We realize everyone has unexpected interruptions in your life, and occasionally, may need to cancel your appointment. We request, when at all possible, that you give a 48 hours' notice when canceling or changing your appointment. When given ample notice, we will be able to accommodate another client. We realize it is sometimes challenging to remember appointments reserved well in advance, so a courtesy, we confirm your appointment 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If for some reason we are unable to contact you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment time. If last-minute cancellations or schedule changes become habitual, we reserve the right for pre-payment before scheduling your next service. Off-site Services When requested to perform services off-site, we require a payment of $100 per travel time.
